  July 15th WT out - Coming out Swinging at Apostates Hard

  this is one of the most aggressive watchtowers i think i have ever read.. four study articles on not "following the crowd" not following unrealities(page 13) not following false teachers, meaning apostates of course(p 15).

  avoiding false teachers means "refusing to read their literature, watch tv programs that feature them, examine their web sites, or add comments to their blogs.

  (para 7, pg 16).

  this past weekend i had a lot of questions answers and i have thought about if i wanna go all the way with studying with the jehovah witness'.

  and i also been also talking to my mother (somewhat ex jw) and there are a lot of things the jw do that i don't agree with.

  i have been thinking and well i am not going all the way trough with the jws.

  Seems to me they dance around the same old beaten to death argument - if it is complex and orderly, it must have been created.

  ....but Jehovah, being the most complex and orderly of them all, fails miserably the test of creation based on complexity and order.

  even though i've been out for over 7 years and haven't attended in that long - i never cease to be amazed at the arrogance of this patriarchal man pleasing wt society in it's dismissive attitude towards women .

  remember the story of the ark of the covenant on the wagon and it started to fall and one of the men grabbed it so as not to have it fall on the ground and it's contents spill on the ground...... what happened...oh yeah jah stuck him dead!!

  for touching it.... i remember the wts saying it was disrespectful to have it on a wagon..... so much for slow to anger lol!.

  It was slow. He struck in about 2 seconds. From Jah's perspective, and we know he can break time down to picoseconds and beyond, he could have struck in about 10-20 nanoseconds. So yeah, what's your problem with that.....

  WL...Oh, boy...

  ...At one time there was nothing. No light, no matter, no life, no gender, no emotions, nothing. Everything that exists is an invention of God.

  ...but then....

  if all variables are known - God can figure it out

  Did God invent unknown variables? Doesn't this kinda screw up both his omniscience and omnipotence?

  They say they wont be the only ones saved...

  Actually, their literature says exactly the opposite (double speak, if you ask me). See for yourself:

  "Only Jehovah's Witnesses, those of the anointed remnant and the "great crowd," as a united organization under the protection of the Supreme Organizer, have any Scriptural hope of surviving the impending end of this doomed system dominated by Satan the Devil." Watchtower 1989 Sep. 1 p.19
